Demister use: Demister is an essential device for gas-liquid separation widely used in industrial production and environmental protection industry. The defogger produced by our company has the characteristics of high separation efficiency, small resistance drop, large allowable airflow speed, strong anti-blocking function, simple installation, etc., which solves the problems of waste gas treatment and flue gas purification in industrial production.

1. Working principle
The flatbed mist eliminator uses the principle of water film separation to realize the separation of gas and water. When the flue gas with liquid droplets enters the narrow and tortuous channel formed by the herringbone plate, the centrifugal force is generated due to the deflection of the flow line, and the liquid droplets are separated from the plate. The liquid droplets impact the plate, and part of the liquid droplets are attached to the wall surface of the plate to form a water film, which is slowly flowing down and gathered into a larger liquid drop, so as to realize the separation of gas and water. The working principle is shown in the figure.

 

2. Layout direction
① Vertical flow demister: the demister is placed horizontally, and the smoke flows vertically upward through the demister. (for absorption tower)
② Horizontal flow demister: the demister is placed vertically, and the smoke flow passes through the demister in the horizontal direction. (for horizontal flue)
3. Layout structure
① The flat type demister system is composed of two parallel demister blades and three layers of washing water pipes. The first layer of demister removes coarse particle droplets, and the second layer removes fine particle droplets.
(2) The flushing system consists of a flushing pipe, a flushing nozzle, a flushing pump, a flushing water automatic switch valve, a pressure meter, a flushing water flowmeter and a program controller, etc. (The specific purchase is optional). The function of the demister flushing system is to regularly flush off the liquid solid sediment captured on the demister plate, keep the plate clean and wet, and prevent the blade from fouling and blocking the channel. The flushing pipe is arranged in the upper and lower side of the primary demister and the lower side of the secondary demister. The components are equipped with a clamp and bolt connection for easy installation.
